Hey {{first_name}}

I’m sorry, but I've been keeping a secret from you.

Over the past year I've been writing a new book, and it's finally finished and gone off to print. It's called Heat Shelter Water Food, published by Gill, and pre-orders are open right now.

It's about understanding our basic human needs, and setting things up around your home so that no matter what the future holds, wether it’s storms and power cuts like last year, heatwaves like the one we're in right now, or whatever is coming next, that you know you've got it in hand.

No big budget, no rural acre, no technical background required. A weekend and a few euro, or a bigger investment over time if that’s what you want, there's a path in this book for every person and every budget. Each chapter's grounded in the Irish context, written from real experience and focused on what actually works.

My aim is to make readers to feel capable, not anxious. This isn't a book about fear. It's an invitation to turn your anxiety about the future into practical, affordable action, so your basics are always taken care of.

Pre-order through Eason and you'll be entered into a draw to win a free hour-long online consultation with me.

More on what's actually in the book coming your way later this week. Thanks for being here.

With love, Harrison
